Echo Projects Co delivered the 235m² fit-out for Osso Bar Italia, a refined Italian inspired venue for repeat client Malt Hospitality. Collaborating with Alkot Studio, we transformed the space with a sophisticated palette of rich greens, warm timber, and natural stone, featuring a striking brutalist-inspired stone bar.

The layout comprises three distinct areas, each requiring a tailored approach to construction:

• Internal Dining Room – Custom banquette seating and integrated lighting.

• Alfresco Terrace – Seamlessly extending along Mary Street.

• Feature Bar – Crafted from high-quality stone, balancing durability and elegance.

Our team managed complex stonework, bespoke timber joinery, and meticulous detailing to align with the design vision. Through close collaboration with designers, trades, and stakeholders, we ensured a seamless and high-quality result.

Osso Bar Italia is a testament to our expertise in delivering high-end hospitality spaces that seamlessly blend design intent with practical execution.
