With formal qualifications in Urban Development and Business Management, James applies business best-practice and expert project management to our projects. Since the company’s foundation in 2021, James has been a committed and visionary Co-Director of Echo Projects Co, enabling business and project growth, while establishing his dynamic office-based team.

  • Joel is a qualified Builder and Site Supervisor with two decades of construction experience. Recognised with three Master Builders Awards, Joel has a deep understanding of the technical aspects of building, critical risk factors, regulatory standards and site safety. Since the company’s foundation in 2021, Joel has been a future-focused and composed Co-Director of Echo Projects Co, while building his site-delivery team with clarity and integrity. Joel is the elected Health and Safety Representative (HSR) for Echo Projects Co.

  • Megan manages business operations for Echo Projects Co. Her project management, communications and financial administration experience is built on a decade of leadership roles with the State Government and in the Arts Sector. Future-focused, creative and versatile, Megan handles finance and accounts, business strategy, and team development with integrity and transparency. She is passionate about client care, trade relationships, and efficient processes.

  • Katie is a seasoned marketing professional with expertise across global brands in corporate travel and the automotive industry. At Echo Projects Co, she drives brand strategy and works closely with cross-functional teams. Frequently onsite, Katie engages with clients, subcontractors, and site teams, while supporting the project management team in tenders and project delivery.

    In addition, Katie manages Echo Projects Co’s brand presence, from showcasing projects to coordinating events, ensuring the brand remains prominent and positioning Echo Projects Co as an industry leader.

  • With over seven years of experience, Adam brings strong skills in project planning, contractor coordination, stakeholder communication, and on-site delivery to Echo Projects Co. With a keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach, Adam ensures projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard, strengthening Echo Projects Co’s commitment to quality outcomes.

  • Chris brings more than 25 years-experience in the building and construction industry to Echo Projects Co as Senior Site Manager. His multi-sector experience includes high end hospitality spaces, medical, multi-storey builds and heritage works. His deep knowledge of construction processes ensures attentive planning and management of trades to seamlessly delivery projects of an exceptional quality.

  • Jackson is a qualified tradesman with close to a decade of experience in the construction industry. He has applied his experience and expertise to ensure the smooth delivery of all aspects of our projects, from site-establishment to supplier and trade management, through to finishing details and final delivery. Since joining the Echo Projects Co team, Jackson has demonstrated commitment and pride in the delivery of our projects, valuing relationships with clients, trades, and suppliers to ensure a polished end-result.

  • With over four years’ experience in Human Resources, Sharna leads our people and culture initiatives at Echo Projects Co. She works closely with the leadership team to align people strategy with business goals, strengthen culture, and streamline HR processes. Passionate about building a supportive and high-performing culture, Sharna plays a key role in helping our people and business grow together.

  • Jacob is a skilled carpenter with experience in both commercial and residential environments, as well as contract experience as a site foreman.

  • Noah is completing a Dual Degree in Architecture and Property Economics part-time, bringing insight into both design and development. With four years’ experience as a self-employed contractor, he offers hands-on expertise across construction and site management. Dynamic and results-driven, Noah combines strong technical and communication skills to support project delivery at Echo Projects Co.

  • Hayden is completing his Bachelor of Built Environment, majoring in Construction Management and Quantity Surveying, while gaining hands-on experience as a Building Cadet at Echo Projects Co. Driven and enthusiastic, he brings a strong work ethic and passion for the industry, contributing to project success while developing his skills within the Echo Projects Co team.
