Sunnybank Plaza Amenities Upgrade

In 2025, Echo Projects Co successfully delivered an amenities upgrade for Retail First at Sunnybank Plaza shopping centre. The project included the establishment and maintenance of temporary services, a full external amenities upgrade to create a safe, clean and functional space for shopping centre patrons. While working in a live environment, the project was completed over seven (7) weeks with minimal disruption to the retail precinct during the Summer holiday trading period.
