Nathan | Commercial Construction: Forecourt and Amenities Upgrade

Echo Projects Co is proud to continue our partnership with Stadiums Queensland, successfully delivering the QSAC Combined Projects - a high-quality upgrade within a live, operational environment. This project reflects our belief that success comes from collaboration, supported by our team’s expertise in commercial construction, complex services integration, and public-interface delivery.

The works included major upgrades to the Level 0 Track & Field Function Room, Level 2 North Concourse Amenities, and the Western Forecourt. Across each area, we completed full internal strip-outs, services isolation and reconfiguration, new internal layouts, wet area rebuilds, accessibility compliance, specialised joinery, feature finishes, and coordinated fire system upgrades.

Externally, the forecourt has been completely revitalised with new civil works, retaining solutions, architectural concrete seating, exposed aggregate pavements, stainless steel handrails, and bespoke perforated metal screening. The precinct is now enhanced with integrated lighting, soft landscaping, and improved accessibility throughout.

Throughout delivery, our team coordinated all trades and services with staged and secure public access, ensuring the stadium remained fully operational. Guided by our values, we maintained clarity, responsiveness, and momentum from start to finish.
