Where success means working together, Echo Projects Co partnered with Griffith University to deliver a multi-level refurbishment of Building N23 at the Brisbane South (Nathan) Campus, creating spaces that reflect Griffith’s commitment to a brighter future through education and innovation.

The project involved upgrades across three levels, including new partitions, glazing systems, and custom door sets, alongside workspace enhancements and light refurbishments. A standout feature was the compliance-driven Stair 2 upgrade, incorporating new balustrades, handrails, nosings, tactile indicators, and epoxy finishes to meet stringent safety standards.

Delivered in carefully staged phases to maintain full operational continuity, the works required precise coordination with multiple trades and alignment with architectural intent. Despite sequencing challenges and fabrication delays, Echo Projects achieved practical completion on schedule, demonstrating our values of communication, collaboration, evolution, and action at every stage.
