Echo Projects Co delivered a new purpose-built drive-thru for Zarraffa's Coffee at Logan Central Plaza for Retail First. The 1,200m² ground-up build ran from January to April, constructed within a live environment alongside an operating shopping centre.

Delivering a new structure while the centre continued trading meant careful coordination of deliveries, plant movement, and site access throughout the build, all without disrupting the surrounding centre or its customers.

The team managed the program closely and handed over ahead of schedule, giving Zarraffa's Coffee an earlier start to trade and Retail First a clean, on-time delivery in a live environment.
