Echo Projects Co delivered the refurbishment of Kensington Tavern for ALH Group, a long-standing local venue in Crestmead. Collaborating with Cayas + Ward, we refreshed the pub's key trading areas while retaining the character that's made it a fixture for its community.

The refurbishment comprised three distinct areas, each staged to keep the venue trading throughout:

• Bistro and Function – Refreshed dining and event spaces for everyday trade and larger bookings.

• Gaming Room – Reworked to modern standards without disrupting daily operation.

• Sports Bar – Updated finishes and layout to suit a high-turnover trading environment.

Our team managed the sequencing of each stage around the venue's live trading hours, working closely with ALH Group's operations team to minimise disruption to the business throughout. This level of coordination is core to how we approach every hospitality refurbishment, the build has to work around the business, not the other way around.
